Policies

At Zenergy Bodyworks, my goal is to provide every client with a relaxing, safe, and professional experience. Please review the following policies before your appointment.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments ("no-shows"), or repeated last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service. Future appointments may require a deposit to reserve your time.

A credit card is required to secure your appointment. Your card will be kept securely on file and only charged according to our cancellation policy.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next scheduled client. Full-service charges may still apply regardless of the shortened treatment time.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Illness Policy

If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within the past 24 hours, or have symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. This helps protect the health of both clients and staff.

Right to Refuse Service

Zenergy Bodyworks reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if treatment is determined to be unsafe, outside the scope of practice, or if a client displays inappropriate, disrespectful, threatening, or abusive behavior.

Service may also be refused if a client appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol or is experiencing a contagious illness. Services will never be refused based on any legally protected characteristic.

Our priority is maintaining a safe, comfortable, and professional environment for everyone.

Professional Boundaries

Massage therapy is strictly therapeutic and professional. Any inappropriate comments, requests, gestures, or behavior of a sexual or disrespectful nature will result in the immediate termination of the session. Full payment will still be required, and future appointments may be declined.

Medical Conditions

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, surgeries, pregnancy, allergies, medications, or changes to your health before your session. This information helps ensure your treatment is both safe and effective.

Spray Tan Preparation & Aftercare

For the best spray tan results:

  • Arrive with clean, exfoliated skin free of lotions, oils, deodorant, and makeup whenever possible.

  • Wear loose, dark clothing after your appointment.

  • Follow all aftercare instructions provided to maximize the life of your tan.

Failure to follow preparation and aftercare recommendations may affect your results.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

Gift certificates, promotional offers, and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Children & Guests

To maintain a peaceful environment for all clients, please arrange childcare before your appointment whenever possible. Unless previously approved, only the scheduled client should attend the appointment.

Personal Belongings

Zenergy Bodyworks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought into the studio.
